Soft American Brioche Donuts

In a small bowl, combine warm milk and yeast.

2️⃣ Make the Dough

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
Add eggs and the yeast mixture.
Mix until combined, then knead for about 8–10 minutes.

Add softened butter gradually and continue kneading until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

3️⃣ First Rise

Place dough in a lightly greased bowl.
